We (Entity BMX Shop) reserves the right to cancel sessions at any time due any unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Group Session cancellation conditions:

Customer Group Sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours. If cancelled in advance of 24 hours, the session will be rescheduled to the following week / next available slot.  

Customer One-To-One Session cancellation conditions:

If you’re unable to attend a One-To-One Session, the session will be rescheduled on a future date of your choosing and no refund will be given.
